Hey guys, just got a quick question regarding carbs. I got a 2kg bucket of carbs by GEN TEC and its called Just Carbs. Its pure 100% carbs, no addetives likes sugars, fats etc etc. What sort of carbs would this be? Soimple or complex? Thanx :)

I assume it's maltodextrin? Check the label. If so, it's simple carbs.

Simple - intended to release quickly to cause your insulin to spike up, which causes nutrients to be "forced" into the muscle cells. Intended for post-workout, mixed with whey and possibly creatine. The advertisement mentions taking it in the morning, but that is a terrible idea. Morning carbs should be complex carbs, generally speaking.
Ahh so its simple carbs. Ok thanx bro. And yeah I totally agree with you about the intake on simple carbs in the morning. I myself would say complex carbs in the morning is a much better idea. Thanx again man ;)
