I assume it's maltodextrin? Check the label. If so, it's simple carbs.

    Is this the product?

    Gen Tec - Carbohydrate Polymers
    Gen Tec Pure Carbs (1030)
Basic Functions: Insulin spike, glycogen replenishment, energy, recovery.

Gen-Tec Nutrition provides a high quality medium chain carbohydrate polymer in PURE CARBS.

This simple yet effective product is very versatile with many roles and applications.

    Body Building:

PURE CARBS will induce an insulin spike. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the human body.

The pancreas secretes insulin when blood sugar levels rise. Being anabolic, insulin will drive nutrients from the bloodstream into muscle cells.

Using PURE CARBS with Gen-Tec Creatine and L-Glutamine will dramatically increase uptake of these proteins, and create an anabolic (muscle growth) environment.

PURE CARBS can also be mixed with Macro Whey or other protein powder to increase carbohydrate levels for a complete meal replacement.

    Mix in a ratio

2:1 Protein to Carb for slow metabolism
2:2 Protein to Carb for medium metabolism
2:3 Protein to Carb for fast metabolism
Ingredients: High quality medium chain carbohydrate polymer
Instructions: An effective insulin spike can be obtained by following the program recommended:

Dosage: 1g per kg of bodyweight

Program: Bodybuilding (e.g. 80kg body builder)

    Upon Rising: 80g PURE CARBS
Immediately after training: 80g PURE CARBS

    TIPS:

Use Gen-Tec Creatine and L-Glutamine with PURE CARBS for muscle growth and recovery
Use 200-300mcg of Chromium Piccolinate with each dose to increase insulin sensitivity.
Mix with minimum of 500ml water in shaker or blender.
Mix with Macro Whey for complete meal replacement.

Athletes and Sports people: (eg. football, basketball, netball, soccer, boxing, tennis, tri-athletes, running etc).

PURE CARBS will replenish glycogen stores more simply and effectively than other carbohydrate sources.

The most rapid rate of glycogen synthesis occurs immediately after exercise.

By mixing PURE CARBS in 1 litre of water immediately after training, games and events, recovery time is reduced and energy for your next outing will increase.

    Recommended dossage:

1.5 grams of PURE CARBS per kg of bodyweight.

Simple - intended to release quickly to cause your insulin to spike up, which causes nutrients to be "forced" into the muscle cells. Intended for post-workout, mixed with whey and possibly creatine. The advertisement mentions taking it in the morning, but that is a terrible idea. Morning carbs should be complex carbs, generally speaking.

Ahh so its simple carbs. Ok thanx bro. And yeah I totally agree with you about the intake on simple carbs in the morning. I myself would say complex carbs in the morning is a much better idea. Thanx again man
