    Meal Replacement

Could someone suggest a good meal replacement. I am having trouble eating enough to keep up with the increased demand my body needs.

Ultimately it is up to you but i wouldnt recommend any meal replacements. First off because nothing can replace food no matter what those supplement companies say, and two they have alot of sugar.

if you are having problems eating enough then just gradually build up to it. its hard to eat 5-6 meals a day but start with less meals and smaller portions and in no time you will be up to where you need to be. Also, prepare small meals in advance so that you can take things with you on the run and don't have to spend time preparing them when its time to eat. Planning ahead is a key to getting used to eating more meals.

I've mixed cottage cheese, water, and whey for a homemade meal replacement. Sounds kinda gross but tastes as good as the meal replacements I've tried. I have no problems digesting milk products though.

    Meal Replacement

I found the best tasting meal replacement shake ever from a new unknown company called Pablo's Nutraceuticals. I heard him on a segment of a radio show so I e-mailed him. this product is called Micro-Whey(new patented protein with small molecules-for better absorption) and it's Creme Brulee flavor. There is no after taste and it goes down so smooth smooth-He uses no sugar or aspartame but natural sources that don't effect sugar levels. The product has a multivitamin complex and with Tocotrionols a powerful antioxidant-96 calories per serving, 2.5 carbs .0 fat and 22 grams of protien-Far out packaging but this product is the bomb-contact him -he also has some other all natural products and a natural weightloss energy recovery drink coming out-he will be on qvc soon I was told-

The creators name is Pablo, very smart guy, not pushy at all and his email is [email protected]-

Seriously, heres a dumbass question - steamed egg whites, is this to make them more easier to digest (biotin, b vites)? How and how long do you steam them?

    Thanks

That's what I love about this site. You guys are a wealth of info. Acutally a friend is checking on b-12 for me. I'm really concentrating on the diet. It's lacking. I'm making good gains on my cycle but I can do a hell of a lot better. Keep the info coming. I want to get B I G!!! Let's face it AS isn't cheap. Why waste it?
