Red face my cutting diet..critique please

Ive been cutting for 2 months now and have gone from 215 to 200. So far its gone pretty well. I can see abs but still have this loose skin around the lower abs and i know thats the hardest part to get rid anyways heres my diet as of now

6:30 cardio 45-60 minutes brisk walk
meal 1: 1 can tuna and almonds
meal 2: 1 can tuna and almonds
meal 3: 1 1/2 chicken breasts in a salad with olive oil
meal 4: small salad 1 chicken breast
workout.....PWO i have a dilemma here(cant find dextrose anywhere plus i cant order it online...no credit card grrrr)
meal 5:1/2 cups of oatmeal and can of tuna
meal 6:2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites(boiled)

Im 6'1 18 and ive been lifting for 4 years now and just thought i could get some help as to whether this diet looks good for cuttin...so far its worked

GOOD... MAKE SURE IT IS WITHIN YOUR TARGET HR 65-70%

meal 1: 1 can tuna and almonds

    GOOD

meal 2: 1 can tuna and almonds

    GOOD

meal 3: 1 1/2 chicken breasts in a salad with olive oil

    GOOD

meal 4: small salad 1 chicken breast

WHERE IS THE FAT?? ADD SOME FLAX OR ALMONDS HERE

workout.....PWO i have a dilemma here(cant find dextrose anywhere plus i cant order it online...no credit card grrrr)

USE HONEY OR GATORADE UNTIL YOU FIND DEXTROSE. REMEMBER 2:1 RATIO CARBS TO PROTEIN.

meal 5:1/2 cups of oatmeal and can of tuna

YOU HAVE WAY TOO MUCH FAT IN THIS MEAL IF YOU ARE USING BOTH TUNA AND OATMEAL. OATMEAL HAS 3G OF FAT AND TUNA HAS 3 AS WELL. I WOULD EITHER SWITCH THE TUNA TO A CHICKEN BREAST OR DITCH THE OATMEAL AND TUNA COMPLETELY AND USE CHICKEN BREAST & BROWN RICE/YAMS W/ SOME GREEN VEGGIES.

meal 6:2 whole eggs and 6 egg whites(boiled)

GOOD... MAYBE TRY A SHAKE W/ FLAX INSTEAD BEFORE BED.

Your diet looks decent overall, you have a few small changes to make. I would also try to get in more healthy fats throughout the day (Omega 3,6 etc..) try using some flax oil and fish oil in your diet. They help a lot.

I disagree with the critique in meal 5. I think it is quite adequate and 6g's is not too high.

When your insulin levels are already at a raised level from Dextrose why would you want to take in 6g of fat? It makes no sense....PPWO is supposed to have little to NO fat. I would say 6g would count as medium fat intake. When you talk little to no fat, I am thinking 1-3 grams. But I guess you can try doing that and see how it works.... I personally think tuna & oatmeal would be one nasty meal anyway. Why not oatmeal w/ a chicken breast protein shake? Tuna and oatmeal makes my stomach turn lol

Either or should be fine until you find some dextrose.... but I would personally use gatorade (That's just me though)

If you feel it is working than stick with it. Oh yea... and if you are having trouble finding dextrose in your store look for corn sugar. That is what dextrose is. Most health stores sell it.

i tried the oatmeal thing PPWO but it does get boring IMO, the taste is too plain. a good switch would be chicken and yams. u also need some fat with meal 3 or 4 i think it was, the chicken and salad as lean me out stated. other than that, u look good to go.

Because it's only 6 grams of fat. If he ate a chicken breast and oatmeal that would be well over 6 grams. It's almost unavoidable to get proteins from whole foods with out a little fat in.
