    i think i need to change something,...

    ive been stuck at the point where i am now for a while. I dont know if its just impatience on my part or if its time to change something. I just want to burn fat as i did my first 2 weeks of cutting. It was incredible. But anyways heres what i eat....

    workout and cardio

    45min cardio am 6 times a week....

    m1= 1 1/2 tbs flax
    1 1/2 whey protein

    m2= 1 can of tuna
    2 tbs olive oil
    veggies( ie...brocolli, asparagus, cauliflower)

    m3= 5oz chicken breast
    1 1/2 tbs olive oil
    veggies

    m4= 2tbs natty peanutbutter
    6 eggwhites

    m5=pwo dextrose and whey 40gproteins and 80gcarbs

    m6= 1 can tuna
    1/2 cup whole wheat rice

    bedtime= 1 1/2 scoops of whey
    1tbs flaxseed oil

    macros

    pro=220g
    carbs=150g
    fat=95g

    on cardio only days i eat pro/fat for all my meals except for meal 4 which is
    6eggwhites and 200g of yams. My macros for cardio only days is

    pro=217g
    fat=130g
    carbs=56g

    ive been cutting for a month this saturday and i dont know if i should modify this at all. It may be physcological but i dont think im really burning fat anymore. If i were to switch something up what could i do? Any suggestions would help.. Thanks for your time.

    I would say try upping the fats.... bu they look high already. Maybe try adding some more anyway and see if it helps. Either that or try having an all out cheat day and eat a bunch of stuff.... see if it kicks your metabolism up a little bit so you can continue on.

    Also, have you tried an ECA stack at all to help out w/ fat burning?

    ive not tried eca persay but i have another product called gnc cuts thats supposed to be a good alternative to eca. So you guys dont think i should decrease any macros which would mean a decrease in kcals?

    You could try that as well. It's impossible for us to give you a difinitive answer. It's trial and error. Give it a few weeks on something then try something else.

    i know you guys couldnt give me a for sure answer because everyone is different. Im just trying to get some possible things i could try. Im just affraid of really making a big mistake and losing muscle by incorrectly tweaking my program. But you guys have been a big help nonetheless. Thanks again.

    Just up your fats in some meals as LMO said or you could try adding another meal as I stated. Those are two not-so-bad choices.
