    Dextrose question.

    I just got my dextrose but will not recieve the maltodextrin until next week.
    should i still mix dextrose to protein 2:1 in my PWO shake.

    I think a better approach is to put 1/2 the amount of dextrose in the form of protein to the PWO shake.

    WELL....

    IMO you should put 10 X the ammount of Dextrose into your PWO as to protein, then divide the Dextrose ammount by 5.
