    Want to cut to around 7-8%

    8:45am--> 3whole eggs, 5egg whites

    11am--> 40g whey and water with 1/2 cup of almonds

    1pm--> 2 chicken breasts or can of tuna with 1/2 cup of brown rice

    2:30 WORKOUT

    3:45-4:00pm--> PWO shake (40g whey and water and 3 scoops of ultra fuel)

    5:30pm--> lean piece of beef or chicken and 1/2 cup of brown rice and 1/2 cup of brocolli

    8:00pm-->can of tuna with two tablespoons of Olive Oil and tablespoon of rice vinegar

    EXCEPT FOR YOUR ONE MEAL, IT LOOKS GOOD! JUST MAKE SURE THE WHEY IN YOUR FINAL MEAL IS THE SLOW DIGESTING KIND.

    Is casein the only protein you would suggest for the bedtime protein meal?

    It wont hurt as long as it fits into your dietary macro needs.

    The problem with Casein is it causes lots of mucus and there are tons of data showing that it's glue like substance covers the villa in the intestines and lowers nutrient absorption rate-Try non caein products like non-dairy Whey-since I have switched a couple of monts ago i feel much better no mucus greater muscle tone-Try Micro-Whey it's a new patent protein that absorbs very fast-great taste

    I apologize for those that I offended. I am brand new and I thought we were suppose to share whats new and working for us. I have no interest in pushing anything, I will never bring up a product brand again. I do have some good info to share since i have my Phd in nutrition and would like to learn from the members as well.

    Please except my apology
