i usually do cardio 6 times a week but this monday i missed one day because of the long weekend i was up north fishing. So i was gonna make up my lost day on Sunday which is also my cheat day. Does it matter that im doing cardio on a day with a cheat meal in it, is it a waste to do the cardio on this day? Also should i still have a few pro/fat meals after my cardio before eating my carb filled cheat meal.
