Do you guys eat a pro/carb or pro/fat meal after your workouts?
pro carb! dextrose with whey imidietly after and then the next meal a solid meal with carbs and protein
definatly pro/carb, need those post workout carbs to aid in recovery. 2:1 carbs/protein is a good guideline.
