how many days of morning cardio (45 minutes 150-160hr) while on a bulking diet can you do before it starts to hinder your gains? I've never done cardio before on a bulking diet but I've never bulked in the summer either. anyone?

i do three days and see no hindering whatsoever.. . if nething it helps
i do cardio every morning for 40-45 mins by walking on the tredmill. I dont see any hinder in gains either
Personally I may have to quit cardio all together. I work in a warehouse without air conditioning for about 4 hours a day in this hot ass weather. I'm thinking that combined with the cardio may be a bit much.

For bulking I'd say 30 mins on days you DON'T weight train is good.
Doing 45 mins everyday while bulking would not allow me to gain sh*t, but that's just me. I do 30 on days I don't train, and adjust the DIET so as to not gain excess fat.
