I'm being told to limit tuna to 2 tins a week or the mercury in it will hurt me.
Right now i eat 6 tins a day. I'm keepinhg carbs to 5 or 10grams a day.
Any truth to this mercury theory?

I'd say 6 tins a day is over-kill, if nothing else because CATS are going to try and mate w/you.

I think you would have to eat an insane amount of tuna to get mercury poisoning. like 500 cans.

lmao swole i eat 3-4 so cheap so convenient so much protein
for my first cycle i was broke pretty much so all i ate was tuna....8 cans a day...2 cans 4 times a day!!!...havent touched tuna in like 6 months though, got sick of it
moral of story is i didnt die, but i would test your luck to the extreme....
8? Now that's just f**king sick man! No kidding you haven't eaten tuna in a while. I think that diet would set me for life on my tuna quota.
