Need to share this with you guys!

Ive been kinda down on myself lately because i felt as if 1 month into cutting and it was like what the fu!@ i wasnt burning fat anymore. Or so i thought. Today at the gym i took my tshirt off and just had a white wife beater on and for the first time i looked into those gym mirrors and i was like wtf dam@ im pretty ripped. So there i was working shoulders doing traps and two guys walk by me. I seen them starring at me from the corner of my eye. When i put the weight down i heard one guy wisper to the other. He must be on winny! I couldnt help it but smile to myself. This moment had to be the happiest moment of my whole entire training carrer so far. That made me feel so good that fu!@ finally this a$$busting is starting to payoff. The moral of the story is sometimes i think we are way to hard on ourselves and sometimes just cuz we dont see results on ourselves there is always other pple around you who will let you know your doing something right. This just goes to show you how helpful the bros on this forum really are. Thanks to all you guys im so close to my goals i can almost taste them.

Yea congrats bro.... I love that feeling too. It is nice when peope look at you and say they wish they could look like you or acuse you of being on gear. $hit I used to get mad when people would acuse me of being on gear because at this point I am 100% natural and I eat right and train hard, but now I take it as a compliment. Keep up the good work and dedication, it all pays off in the long run.

thanks for the congrats guys. Hopefully i can get my hands on a digi camera so you guys can give me a guess of my BF%. I have one of those digital fat testers but as swoleCat once said it reads the IQ of the person who built it not your bodyfat. The little tester says my bF is at 13.8% but i must be lower then that.

Always a good feeling....though I wouldn't know it much anymore - it's been about two years since i've worked out in anything *but* windpants and a sweatshirt. Yup, i'm that insecure.

We've all been there bro... whenever I get down or frustrated with my progress I put on a Body armour tee back and ride my bike on one of the main bike/jogging trails near here. all it takes is a couple of girls turning around and smiling when I ride by to prop me back up in the saddle...

glad to hear your routine is working for you...

    who cares

a lot of you seem to care what other GUYS think. who cares, unless you're gay. i guess didn't realize so many bodybuilders who so insecure and needed to have such constant reassurance....especially from other dudes. i guess that's why they take steroids etc, to somehow get this reassurance or something.

just seems weird to me. work out, eat right and be fit. afterall, most women i talk to don't like the huge guys....only other guys find this attractive.

    no

guess the muscle must have gone to your head....i workout.... i just don't do so needing the reassurance of other guys. i don't care if other guys look at me. i can ask advice on diet etc, but my reason doesn't revolve around being a beast.....something only other dudes could appreciate.

Good for you man.... but that is how you feel about it. Some would say there are plenty of women that can appreciate a man with some real muscle. Anyways, reassurance from other guys is not gay at all. Unless you have an issue with your sexuality. it is nice to hear you look good from BOTH guys and gals.... it makes you feel like you are doing something right. Nothing gay about it whatsoever

    Look, GQ...

Some of us have body issues. Period. For some of us it starts young, others develop it later. It's called dismorphia, and most serious athletes have some type of it. Google "The Adonis Complex" and you will understand. It's good that you are confident, but there's no reason to come on here and bash others. If you are happy with what you are doing, congrats, but so are we.

Yeah, ditto to the 3rd power.

As well, who are you to suggest what is "normal" behavior? I'll tell you what isn't normal is the way in which you analyzed this and used the whole "gay" issue. No need to be homophobic...........we're not that's for sure.

Your goals may also not be as high as those of another, thus them needing more support/encouragement on their climb to the top of that hill.

    In any event, shuuuuuuuuush!!

i dont know why you had to bring up the whole gay thing. What the heck does that have anything to do with what i was talking about. Doesnt matter wether or not guys look at other guys out of admiration sexuality has nothing to do with that. And to answer the other question, no im not on winny just been cutting all natural for about a month.

That was a very poor atempt on my part at levity. On reflection, I wish that I had not asked.

What I meant to say was: congatulations on your work. I know it isn't easy. And, anyone who says the looks that he gets in gyms (by females OR males) don't mean anything, either was born Adonis, or is a liar.- It's caled confirmation.

How is responding "who cares" to a post not rude???

Also, why would you say something about being gay then in a derrogatory type post if it wasn't being used as a "bad thing"????
