I have 1 month left till the beginning of my cycle , and im gonna get my diet in order . I have calculated my daily need of calories and it was 2663 . My goal is to gain 1kg (2.2lbs) each week so i would need a daily amount of 3663 calories .
Im thinking about 250-300g protein each day . (currently im 175lbs).
Question is :
How much Carbs do i need ?
How much Fat do i need ?
