KOO-LAID for water intake?

Ok, i am talking about the sugar Free type.

Water intake is tuff for me, but Kool-aid helps me a ton. Is this OK?

Same thing as Crystal Light basically....2 of my 3 gallons/day right now consist of CL or SFKA...get it down however you can

Cool Aide is where it's at. Has Vit. C too. Drink as much as you can.

Kool-aid is ok but nothing replaces tha water. Watch your consumption of kool-aid though cause of the simple sugar content. I think the thing that helped me most with my diet is Bill Phillips book "body for life"
