Is casein the only protein you would suggest for the bedtime protein meal?

The problem with Casein is it causes lots of mucus and there are tons of data showing that it's glue like substance covers the villa in the intestines and lowers nutrient absorption rate-Try non caein products like non-dairy Whey-since I have switched a couple of monts ago i feel much better no mucus greater muscle tone-Try Micro-Whey it's a new patent protein that absorbs very fast-great taste

I apologize for those that I offended. I am brand new and I thought we were suppose to share whats new and working for us. I have no interest in pushing anything, I will never bring up a product brand again. I do have some good info to share since i have my Phd in nutrition and would like to learn from the members as well.
Please except my apology
