    Cutting diet question

Hey guys, I recently had a bad encounter with a small fire and the fire won. I ended up burnin one of my hands almost to a crisp. Anyway, Im in the middle of a cutting diet and I probably wont be able to hit the gym for a few weeks. Currently I am doing cardio 6 days a week for 45 minutes. My question is should I continue the cardio 6 days a week even though Im not hittin the weights, and also should my diet now pretty much just be what I was doing on cardio/nonworkout days( which was 1 carb/pro meal and the rest pro/fat meals)???

I'd keep the cardio and diet as you had it on off days, yeah. Maybe do a small carb re-feed every 4th day, but the same caloric value of your other days. If anything 1-2 weeks will heal any naggin' injuries, and you can still dump some fat while your hand heals.
