Eating after an evening workout. Help please!!!

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

I am 21 years old and starting a new job next week. Its pretty demanding (friggin financial services) so I'm working from about 730am-630, but theres noway in hell I plan on losing my diet or workout routine. I am 6'2, 200lbs, 10% bf.
I have been following a great eating plan over the past year thanks to the advice from Swolecat and others in this forum. It has worked great. I have been eating 3100-3200 cals a day, varying the macronutrients daily. I have never been this lean in my life.

I plan on hitting the gym at 7pm, PW shake at 8 (75 g's carbs, 22 protein), and meal at 830 (50 g's of pro, 45g's carbs, 1g fat). I then plan on having my before bed protein shake (35-40g's protein) and a scoop of natural peanut butter at 1030pm. My question basically is that too many cals to be throwing together in a 3 hour window? Sorry for all the numbers and the long story. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Mike

I think you're good. You're pretty close to my schedule.
