    alot of carbs and protein at nightafter pwo shake?

    yo, jw how many carbs and protein yall eat or if u eat greens n **** for dinner, or ur ppwo meal. also after the ppwo meal u think i should take down a shake 2 hr later b4 bed with flax?

    what do u eat for ppwo meal?

    English translation please? If you want people to help you answer your question, for the love of god, make it easy on us - don't abbreviate every other word. Not trying to bring you down or look for perfect grammer/spelling, but it would be nice if you could spell everything out as if you were writting a letter to your boss or someone like that. This way we're all on the same page.

    The shake is ok. Real food is better. Ideally you'd like something that burns a little slower like chicken.

    for PPWO, chicken breast and a sweet patato is sufficient. green veggies, u can eat as much as you want.
