I know fruits are high in sugars .. but I love them.. when exactly in my day can I have fresh fruits such as plums, peaches etc????

i'm not sure where plums and peaches stand in the GI index, but to be safe, i think if you injest them in the day would be good?

you can have fruits with your protein/carbs meals. it is also wise if you are cutting to have fruits not later than 5pm. in my case i eat it anytime so long as its in moderation.

eat them before your workout, it helps with the conversion of t-3 levels

Apples are good for T3 conversion...preworkout.
