Alright I've been following this cutting diet strict for about a month now and it seems now like every little thing seems to bother me. It's not like I'm not eating enough, I'm eating 7 times a day accually. It seems like I get stressed so dam easily. A buddy of mine is a bodybuilder and went on a diet simillar to mine and he said he had rage as if he was on roids. Does anyone else get this too? I'm so much happier on bulking diets, lol. sorry guys i have to vent.
Cutting sucks man, of course its going to make you crazy. Especially if you are very strict, let loose for a cheat meal once in awhile. By the way, your avatar makes me nuts.

bro im exactly the same way. A buddy of mine ask me if i was on juice because i was snapping at every little thing. I would tell you to just relax and try not to snap easily but its easier said then done which i have learned from experience. I guess all i can tell you is your not alone.
Are you employing a cheat day or at least a cheat meal?
every now and then when I don't do morning cardio and I dont have time to make breakfest I pick up a bagel with cream cheese on my way to work and on weekends I'll have a sub from subway or something. So yeah I have about 3 cheat meals a weekQuote:
