    Quick quesiton on AM carbs when bulking

    I have one quick question. If im bulking and its a cardio and training day does it matter if i have pro/carb meal instead of pro/fat meal. I know for cutting its ideal to have pro/fat but what about bulking.

    when you bulk, you want to gain quality mass with minimal fat as much as possible. even if you are bulking, it would be wise to have the pro/fat meal after cardio instead of the pro/carb.

    i would save the pro/carb meal for your 3rd or 4th meal. . .unless your cardio is somethin like HIIT, but i assume its not

    no its just 30 min 3 times a week at 130bpm

    save your pro/carb for lunch time. thats what i would do

    i pro carb\protein in the morn so i have energy for my workout, and during the day.

    it has been a habit to have pro/fat for me after cardio since i got onto AR! lol!
