Hey i just finished my post cardio conisting of protein and fat in a 3.5:1 ratio. I feel tired. Is it becasue i ate too much which i think i did or was it becasue i ate too much fat? anyways this is what i ate 72g of Protein and 20 g of fat(Flax oil) i ate this much becasue for the next 3 hours, i won't be home to catch my 2 meals consiting of 25g Pro/7 g fat each. (trying to eat 8 times a day)
