you mean as opposed to pro/carbs?
like i mean do you need to eat just b4 bed at all, to avoid catabolism. My guess would be no because im not on a kcals defecit when bulking so i wouldnt think i need it. I would never eat pro/carb just b4 bed.
No worries, I read the actual question in the topic area.........
I'd say you have to have something to hold you over through the night regardless of bulking/cutting, so yeah you'd have some kind of meal for sure.

You could get by with a nighttime pro only meal if you use a whey/casein mix.
Yhea thats true because the caesin slows down the digestion... But ill be safe and have pro/fat.Quote:
