    Best books to read on dieting and nutrition

    Looking for some good reads on the subject of dieting and nutrition. Any suggestions from some of you diet gurus?

    I've tried looking for such a thing and all I can find are fad diets. I swear, one of the best places for info is right here on this board. Just learn how to use the search function.

    try medical texts... if you cant afford to spit 100+ on a book go to B&n and spend a day there..

    Check out this website, I've read a few books from it. Although most of the concepts are above my head now, it is a good chance to learn.

    Personal Nutrition by Marie A. Boyle has tons and tons of helpful things in it. . its a textbook but its still great trust me. . .everytime SC uses a big nutrition word i always go there to find out what it is

    arnolds book is pretty good, but theres hardly any info about cutting. its mostly bulking and lifting techniques, plus a shat load of pics.
