Frozen Coffee Drink
1/4 cup instant coffee
1 scoop of isopure choc isolate (low carb)
1 cup of skim milk
Splash of french vanilla flavored coffee cream
1/8 cup of sugar if desired
3 cups of ice
Add everything into a blender except the ice. Blend until mixed. Add ice. Blend until desired consistnecy. Should be like a coffee smoothy. Awesome results.
Makes about 2 drinks. Maybe not the best thing for you but not too bad either...
