i've just started using the unofficial cutting diet and i just wanted to know, if i'm using udo's blend oil with my protein shakes, do i still need to supplement with omega 369 gelcaps and CLA gelcaps??? :unsure:

Omega's you don't have to, you can alternate every bottle or two, but I'd keep the CLA consistent.

is cla worh the hefty price tag? Never used it because its so insanely expensive :cry:
