    eating every hour

Hey i'm starting to cut and i was thinking about eating every hour. So that would constitute for about 12-14 meals with 20-25 g of protein in each, how does that sound?

it may be the norm, but wouldn't eating that many times a day crank up your metabolism?

it may boost your metabolism but your gonna be putting alot of strain on your digestive system which could translate into fat storage.JMO.

You could do it, but your whole life would revolve around cooking, eating, and worrying about your meals. The stress alone of having to eat every hour is enough to add fat. Also, what would you do about your workout time? eat directly before and after?

You can try it if you like, but i would not suggest it.

I think every 2 hours will keep your metabolism up just fine, I mean hey it is only going to be up so much. I would think that eating any more often would just be counter productive.

Yeah an hour is not gonna make a diff. over two hours, and it's far more tedious......
