    Best Pre Workout Meal

    Hey bros,

What's the best pre workout meal you can have if you are going to be lifting in the morning after you wake up?

    Thanks

bro even if you have the best preworkout shake it will not benefit your workout unless you workout 2-3 hours after ingesting it.

I know... I am just asking because there are a couple of days I have to workout in the morning before work and I was wondering what type of meal I should have... If it should be a carb meal, or a preworkout shake or something like that

i dont know what to say bro but if i were in your place i would have a fruit shake probably banana and 2 scoops of whey. i would also add some creatine for strength. anything heavier than that could make you feel lethargic in the gym. hope this helps

Would a meal-replacement bar (40/30/30) be sufficient? That is what I have at 5:00
am before I head to the gym after an all night fast. Am I doing more harm than
    good with that?
