    carb question?

    alright guys i am tryin to come up with a bulker, i need to know what meals are a must for pro/carb. i was told the only meals that should be pro/carb were morning meal, and ppw if you are watching fat gain. im tryin not to gain any fat considering im already not the leanest guy with a little more fat than i would like. but i love gettin huge, so cutting is not my preference. would i be ok with just eating carbs 2 times a day and still gaining 1-2 quality pounds a week??

    i would try to eat carbs atleast 3 times daily. You could try first meal of the day pwo and ppwo. If that doesnt work for you then have the carbs at lunch then the other two are still in pwo and ppwo.
