not much of nething in it bro. . your cool, its only like 1-2 carbs per cup of lettuce and thats about it, the rest of it is just water and such
Water, cellulose (fiber).
Some good lettuces like romain, leaf, red, etc. have lots of vitamins as well. But iceberg is basically just a whole lot of nothing.
rule of thumb... the greener, the better!

But yeah lettuce is good to fill you up.. beside that nothing much..
