    I need a daily meal plan for bulking? help!

    can someone tell me how many of each i should be getting a day:

    1. Calories
    2. Protein
    3. Carbs
    4. Fat

    Also when should i be eating these and how much should i get when i do eat...

    My workout times are 98% of the time in the morning from about 7:30-9:30 because i work from 12-10 almost everyday....

    Any help???
