Thread: morning workout

I wake up around 7:15 and train at 8:00 in the morning. How should I handle my pre workout/post workout meal and post workout shake? Remember that when I get back from the gym I need to get ready for work so I need to prepare and eat my post workout meal right away (can't prepare breakfast at work). I understand that I should have my pwo shake immediatly following my workout and then my pwo meal some time after that. Unfortunatly I cannot do this because of my work. Does it make sense to have my shake and my meal at the same time? I've been training in the morning for about 3 weeks now and I still haven't come up with a good solution.

solution . . .wake up at 6
its doesnt make to much sence to have the PWO shake and ppwo at the same time. . .umm, just mix a cup of raw oats with some whey and down that at work if possible

eat a apple for pre - workout and have your dex/whey PWO. you can make your PPWO meal the night before and eat it one hour after your PWO shake. eat it at your desk or on the way to work.
