I'm pressed for time, so i gotta do two workouts tomm. Should the PWO be the same with both, or would there be a prob with consuming all of the carbs pwo, and ppwo? I was thinking about doing them all in one session, but i thought it might be detrimental to my workout. Would you guys suggest I do it in one session, or make the two trips? If two trips, what should the diet look like? Thanks bros.
