chicken breast
how much grams of protein is in one chicken breast?
i like eating dark meat, does it make any difference in protein intake....

Try a google search, or fitday.com. You can type in the food and get the amounts per ounce, then weigh your food.
Dark meat is the same protein wise, but higher in fat.

I typically stick to boneless/skinless chicken breast and the plain ones are 25g of protein per serving (140g). I have some premarinated ones that are 29g of protein each. You can also get details of how much carbs/protein/fat is in foods at http://www.healthclub.com/foods/ and http://www.calorie-count.com/
