    i need a diet pleaseeeeeee

    ok i need a diet where i jus gain pure strength and no weight.... something that will burn alot of fat cuz i have alot to burn and one that will help me gain muscle. i have no clue where to start... ive tried everything. i need some suggestions.... im open to anything.. thanx birdman

    well i am 6'6 303 pounds and i was doing a high prot low carbs. i was takin in like 420g of protein mostly in chicken, steak and tuna and a PWO shake and PPWO shake. I was takin in around 165 complex carbs. I was losing weight very slowly and i was not getting stronger and was not gaining muscle.... i felt tired most of the time.

    well that was 1 thing...and it was working....slowly, but working

    a few questions for you

    1. what is slowly 1lb a week??
    2. how is your cardio?
    3. how old are you?
    4. how about fats?
    5. how much water?
    6. how many meals?

    It is nearly imposible to gain wheight (muscle) and lose wheight (fat) at the same time.(there are exceptions ofcourse). Because to lose wheight you need to be at a caloric deficite and to gain wheight you need to be at a caloric surpluss. You cannot have both a surplus and a deficit at the same time.

    yea about a pound a week.... mon, weds and thurs are my cardio days. i usually warm up with about a half mile on the track then do my sprints. like 10 40's, 10 50's and 4 100's... i am 20 and play college football.... not too sure about fats..... i usually take in about 10-15 16oz bottles a water a day.... over about 6-8 meals

    Dude, you didn't get fat in a week and you're not going to lose it in a week. Most of the principles are fairly sound. I suggest posting the details of what you eat during the day (quantities/timing/etc.) and we can help you tweak some things.
