    4th TYR AT DIET PLS LOOK.

    Ok Guys I Use The Info In T-mag To Help Me. So I Need 3384 To Mantain My Wheight So I Will Eat 600 More So 3984
    Per Day
    Protein 313
    Carb 433
    Fat 101
    Cal 3984

    Meal 1 . Protein An Carb
    10eggs 12oz Oats An 25grams Whey

    Meal 2 Protein An Fat
    7oz Chicken Breast 10ml Flax 1 Tsp P/b


    Meal 3 Protein An Carb
    Meal Drink 47 Grams Prot An 43 Carbs 1 Orange

    Meal 4 Protein An Carb
    2cans Tuna About 7oz 100gram Yogart 16oz B/rice

    Train
    Pwo Whey 50 An 100 Dextrose

    It looks alot better. In meal 1, are you having whole eggs or egg white(you only want whites here).

    Meal 1 Will Just Be Egg Whites. For Meal 2 Must I Just Change One Of My Protein An Carb Meals With The Protein An Fat Meal. An Yes I Am Trying To Bulk.stats Are 211 Pounds 22per Body Fat. Thanks For Your Reply Guys
