I finally got my Dextrose(Now Foods). I put 80grams into my protein shake which was around 20 TBL spoons with 40 grams of ON Protein.
It is so **** sweet its burning my throat... What does everyone do when they mix it in the PWO shake???
Help needed i am not sure i can drink this everyday
it really is sweet bro nothing you can do about it. best you can do is add more water to dilute the sweetsness
yeah add more h2o. . also i found its aweful with ON vanilla. . if thats what you are doing then try choc. . it taste a sh!t load better
i am taking the choc... I only added about 12oz of Water, Next time i am adding a hell of alot more
yeah, and stick with the choc. .the vanilla with Dex is TERRIBLE

You could try getting maltodextrin and replacing half the dextrose with that in the shake
