    Cream of wheat...

    i was wondering if cream of wheat can be used as a clean carb source. I was looking at the nutri facts and its almost the same as plain oatmeal except in has a little less sugar. what do you guys think.

    im useing cream of wheat and malt o meal now...add some splenda or some sugar free preserves and its good stuff...10 time better than oatmal, which im sick of...and im sure it would beln up nicely with a shake also
