1:30 pm 10 oz filet, sweet potatoe
4:00 pm 2 chicken breast, 30gm grits, small salad, glutamine, fish oil
7:00 pm 2 chicken breast, 30 gm grits, flax oil, multi vitamin
10:00 45 gm protein shake, glutamine, joint fuel, hmb, fish oil
12:00 45 gm protein shake (only if I wake up and feel hungry)
this is what im using for lean mass builder. seems like im at a stand still. what do you think it could be? im in the middle of a prop eq cycle....
