correct me where im wrong please
8:30 am 50gm protein shake, glutamin, flax oil, hmb, aminos
lift/ gatorade
11:30 am 70gm protein shake and large banana joint fuel, b vitamins, hmb, glutamin, amino fuel
1:30 pm 10 oz filet, sweet potatoe
4:00 pm 2 chicken breast, 30gm grits, small salad, glutamine, fish oil
7:00 pm 2 chicken breast, 30 gm grits, flax oil, multi vitamin
10:00 45 gm protein shake, glutamine, joint fuel, hmb, fish oil
12:00 45 gm protein shake (only if I wake up and feel hungry)
this is what im using for lean mass builder. seems like im at a stand still. what do you think it could be? im in the middle of a prop eq cycle....Last edited by bjayg; 06-11-2004 at 04:13 PM.

How big are you right now dude? If that's you in your avatar you already look HUGE. I agree with all of Dal's comments. I'm guessing the adjustment to your PWO shake will have a positive effect.

i would eat a meal in the morning....just my opinion
not too close to your workout though
