    not sure where to post this but here it goes

    hey bros i was wondering if i were to bulk by eating clean and train (low reps high weights) but do cardio like i was cutting ....would that be considered a lean mass cycle

    and if i did all the above with 500mg a week of qv test E?

    do cardio 3 times a week while bulking. . if your diet is straight you wont put on too much fat

    how much cardio do u recommend each time? or should i just keep my heart rate up (65%) for 25-30 mins?

    Post your sound dietary plan of attack before you start any cycle. Makes no sense to waste gear when your diet is all over the place.
