Alright this is my first time dieting in the 2 1/2 years ive been working out and gaining weight. My bodyfat is estimated around 15 but i am going to check that when my calipers get here. Haven't done cardio in 8 months. I'll be taking Clen for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

AM Cardio
starting with 20 mins, raising to 45 as soon as possible. Running, incline treadmill or biking. Amino acid pill, Clenbuterol and 5g L-glutamine before cardio.
GO RIGHT TO 45 MINS MAN, ITS NOT HARD TO WALK, WHICH YOU SHOULD BE DOING, B/C RUNNING WILL JUST BURN AWAY YOUR MUSLCE. KEEP YOUR HR BETWEEN 65-75 %

4 egg whites, 1 yolk, can of tuna, 35g oatmeal
