Critique my anti-catabolism diet please!
Alright this is my first time dieting in the 2 1/2 years ive been working out and gaining weight. My bodyfat is estimated around 15 but i am going to check that when my calipers get here. Haven't done cardio in 8 months. I'll be taking Clen for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
Here's current pictures and stats:
starting with 20 mins, raising to 45 as soon as possible. Running, incline treadmill or biking. Amino acid pill, Clenbuterol and 5g L-glutamine before cardio.
4 egg whites, 1 yolk, can of tuna, 35g oatmeal
Pro-51g Carb-27g Fat-8g Calories-350
6 oz. Chicken breast or steak, veggies. Amino acid pill
Pro-54g Carb-23g Fat-7g Calories-370
PWO Nutrition - Protein shake double scoop with 40g dextrose/40g maltodextrin and Amino acid pill
Pro-46g Carb-85g Fat-3g Calories-550
Can of tuna and 3 oz chicken/steak with 1tbsp flax
Pro-59g Carb-0g Fat-17g Calories-405
Banana, 6 oz chicken/steak
Pro-55g Carb-27g Fat-6g Calories-385
Double scoop protein shake with 5g Glutamine and 1/4 cup of peanuts
Pro-62g Carb-16g Fat-31g Calories-550
Protein-327g Carbs-178g Fat-72g Calories-2670
Biotest M (anti estrogen)
Amino acid pills
No creatine right?

are you sure about meal 1 bro. 1 cup of oatmeal has more kcals and carbs then that. Also i would say your fats are to low i was taking 90g atleast of fat when i was cutting. Also why isnt it possible to do 45 min of cardio right now. Dont start with baby steps. Fu@k that just dive right in and do 45min now. If your current diet doesnt work for you after 2 weeks then i suggest not eating carbs for the first 3 meals post cardio. Make those meals pro/fat if your not happy with the results. I also see that alot of your meals are protein only. Make sure you dont eat protein only meals, make sure its either pro/fat or pro/carbs. Your last meal should be just b4 bed, and that meal should be pro/fat to prevent catabolism while you sleep. Lastly what about non training dayz. You need a game plan for cardio only days aswell. Non training days will just not have the dextrose/maltodextrin in the PWO shake... ill edit this in about an hour

dont bother putting htose in your shake bro. . those carbs are useless unless you lift. . or i am just reading it wrong??

oh man, ok i got it now. . .on that note, instead of the dex/malto add a fat like flax or almonds, dont have just protein by itslef

Also.... I agree with dalcowbag's critique.
For meal 4 however, which is PPWO you need carbs. Add some brown rice and drop the steak just use chicken breast for the protein source.
