Yes you can eat steak, but try to limit to only once a week. Also try buffalo steak...it is like steak, but much leaner.

There are no bodybuilders that drink milk. The reason why milk is not as good as everyone thinks it is is because of the pasterization of the milk. For instance, if you were to drink milk raw and in the unpasterized state (which some people do) it is much more healthier for you.

I have been using milk with my shakes for years even while cutting in the morning. I have no complaints.

You'll get all the calcium you need from low starch vegatables. I haven't drank milk in almost a year.

You would be better off to use water in the shakes though esp during cutting.

    Phuck milk.....................really though.........

Steak is my staple when ripping up. No better substance on earth to help retain as much of your lean mass as possible.

i've never had any steak leaner than buffalo. i highly recommend it. i also only recommend dairy products if they're raw. raw milk is awesome and so is raw cheese.
