    cereal

    Hey guys is it ok to eat raisin bran. Its my first cycle iam bulking 6"1 210 age 29

    Cereal usually has alot of sugar. Check out that carb break down on the nutrition panel and you will see.

    most cereals are high on the GI index..if you really have to have them, place them in your pwo..laters!

    Straight bran flakes aren't that bad. Don't sweat the raisins either if you're bulking.

    depending on how big you are/aas usage/etc.. stright bran isnt that bad.. just no milk

    Cereal has literally NO protein...........protein builds muscle.

    Try eggs, oatmeal, etc........real bodybuilding food, not Saturday morning cartoon stuff.

    I used to eat raisin bran and that junk has an ass load of sugar.
