    No Carb milk ok?

    is nocarb milk ok to mix with a protein shake?
    it has no sugar really low carbs and 5 g fat with 14g protein

    depending on the sodium level... unless its insanley high.. it okay to have a serving with you shake.. btw ur cycle is insane..

    Sorry to stray from the thread, but i see your running 1mg of Ketotifen with the clen . Is that enough to keep the receptors in prime condition while on clen? I always thought it was 2mg...

    I'd like to know the same.... I am running my second clen cycle right now and I have been looking into ketotifen.

    Yea I also agree..... I couldn't handle that either. I am going to be running a cycle similar to that at the end of this year, but I am going to run prop/tren EOD for 8 weeks, and run prop/winny for the last 4 weeks. How are you liking the results from this cycle so far?



    And oh yea... I see no problem using the no carb milk if it doesn't bloat you. It doesn't bloat me but I still keep it to a bare minimum when I do use it.

    i bout some low carb milk by "HOOD"...the chocolate has 2g's sugar and the plain has none i think...pretty good stuff...i try to kepp it to just once perday in my AM shake...

    and wait till you hit about week 10-12 with those sticks with prop...gets fun then...whats bad is 2x's per day for the 1st 4 weeks

    I think it's a big enough pain in the ass to remember to take my flax twice a day. And I'm not even sticking that in my leg.

    Try getting aquatest out of an 18 guage pin 3x a day to keep levels constant for 25 weeks.

    I looked like i had been shot several times.. more than usual that is

    It's not to bad as long as your not skeered of injecting bi's, chest, shoulder, legs, and glutes. The associated pain that comes with it gets me excited. Is that weird???
