    Need to lose weight ASAP

    ****, i never thought i would post something like this. I need to lose as much weight, i can by next saturday. Becuz im going to this hot partY, and i obviously dont wana luk too thick(chuby). Im 196, abt 16-.6% bf. 5'11. Any one have any quick methods, or tricks they would like to share. highly apprecaited. remmeber i have 6 days. help a brotha out. thanks peAce!

    Not going to happen. It took a while to get fat and it takes a lot longer to lose it and keep it off. If everyone could lose weight that fast, there would be no fat people.

    Can't help ya here..... all I can say is maybe try to get some of the water out of your system. Other than that there is no way to lose a lot of fat in a week.

    Remember there are no quick fixes...

    "I smoke crack rocks"----tyrone from chappeles show. Maybe that suggestion is a good one, as he is pretty skinny. Then again, his diet consists of bull testicle...so.....
