bro it sounds good but honestly i wouldnt have the protein powder because it gets me up and prevents me from sleeping. if you ask me i would have a tin of tuna instead with only one tablespoon of flax.
Uh.... Spoon why does protein powder keep you up:? What kinda of powder are you using lol.
A can of tuna w/ 1 tablespoon of flax/olive oil is fine before bed. Me personally, I use a Shake w/ 1 tablespoon of flax.
What you posted originally CanadianSteel is overkill on the fats. 1 tablespoon of flax & 40-60g of protein will last you through the night. The ammount of fat you posted will be stored as fat most likely.

would 2 tablesppons of flax be pushing it?
i thought EFAS coudn't be stored as fat
Too much of anything can be stored as fat.....
And I think 2 tablespoons is overdoing it IMO.... Just curious how big are you? Give some stats

5"10 186lbs
and like 12%
Definitely no need for 2 tablespoons.... or more than 50g of protein before bed IMO. I am almost identical size and that's what I utilize w/ no problem whatsoever. If you are worried about catabolism just take some glutamine before bed as well.

LMFAO @ a protein shake keeping someone up.
Talk about totally un-related.
No need for cottage cheese if you have an EFA in the shake already, that slows digestion well enough.
