im trying to cut because i want to get rid of some fat before i start bulking up. I actually been on this board with different name about 2 years ago. i was eradikate if anybody remember. i was the first one to start a diary in this website (diary of eradikate). I also got into an accident which set me back alot, and i havn't lifted for 1 1/2 year because of that. i jumped on the scale yesterday, i believe my stats right now are 5'10" 164lbs with 13-14% bf. My muscles are coming back real quick, which is a good thing. I know most of the bros here will tell me i should bulk up but i really want to get rid of some fat before i start bulkin up. No need to rush to bulking for me. oh yea i forgot, i take 5g of glutamine before cardio and 5 g after cardio

You need more vegatables in your diet ie brockoli, zucchini, summer squash. The low starch vegatables you can have with every meal and are very important to your diet.

Remember that raw nuts are only good if you consume a low amount of them. I wouldn't have them with every meal. Maybe for a snack between meals, but try to limit it to a handfull.

I think that just means there are 8 servings of 14 grams of fat, not 8 almonds equal 14 grams. Unless there are only 64 nuts a can.
