    Diet for Lean Muscle Gain - Fina/Winny

    I'm trying to add 10 lbs of lean muscle over 3 months using a fina/winny cycle with test alongside.

    My diet comes up with around 4000 calories per day: 41% protein, 21% carb and 37% fat.

    I'm 6'3", 215lbs, 8% BF and lift 4x per week plus 2-3 sessions of ice hockey per week.

    Is this the right number of calories and the right mix?

    Only you can tell if it is the right ammounts. Everyone is different.


    As for your cycle.... good luck recovering from that one. Fina is going to shut you down hard and with no test I wish you much luck with the sides and joint pains from the winny.


    Get your diet in check before you do any gear, otherwise you are wasting your time


    Also are you trying to cut and add lean mass at the same time, or are you trying to bulk with this setup? 10lbs seems more like a cutter to me but I thought I would ask anyway

    whats with this shutdown with fina??

    can someone post or direct me to a link on some info on how to recover properly from fina .. cause I am gonna run this too.

    I am sure you could recover from Fina w/o test as many people have used it on it's own..... but why suffer the adverse sides of not having test in the cycle? And then winny on top of it which is hell on the joints?? No thanks.... I would add Prop to that mix and that would be the ultimate cutter. I guess you could just use HCG periodically throughout the cycle of Fina and then do a really good PCT and be alright, but don't plan on having sex during your cycle that's for sure.

    Maybe the post wasn't clear when I said "test alongside": 700mg test enanthate per week.

    I'm doing this to build strength and size but looking more for cut muscles than bulk. At 8% BF , I think I'm doing alright on steady state diet, but need help to figure out how much to increase it without getting fat.

    Someone must have a comment on the diet?

    As for your diet.... YOU DON't HAVE ONE. Posting macro's doesn't mean $hit to us, we need to see what you eat to give you any thoughts/comments about your approach and the direction you are wishing to go.

    I can figure out the nutritional values pretty easy using www.nutritiondata.com (give you an entire summary of your days intake) so I didn't bother to post the diet. But here goes:

    1 protein shake, banana, flax oil, cranberry juice (for fina)
    2 scrambled eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter
    3 chicken or tuna, salad w olive oil, cottage cheese with fruit
    4 protein shake, flax oil
    5 tuna or chicken, brown rice
    6 gatorade (post-workout)
    7 beef, green veg
    8 protein shake, flax oil, cranberry

    403 g of protein, 211 g carb, 163g fat
    by calories, 41% protein, 21% carb, 37% fat

    6 gatorade (post-workout)

    PROTEIN IS NEEDED HERE TOO. USE A 2:1 RATIO OF CARBS TO PROTEIN. ALSO DEXTROSE IS A BETTER CHOICE THAN GATORADE, BUT IF THAT'S ALL THAT IS AVAILABLE IT IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.

    7 beef, green veg

    MAKE SURE IT IS LEAN BEEF, AND ADD THAT BROWN RICE WE TOOK OUT OF MEAL 5 TO THIS MEAL.

    8 protein shake, flax oil, cranberry

    NO CRANBERRY JUICE HERE EITHER.... USE EXTRACT AGAIN. WHEY/FLAX IS GOOD BEFORE BED

    403 g of protein, 211 g carb, 163g fat
    by calories, 41% protein, 21% carb, 37% fat

    see the thing is I am a little stick shy with the prop due to my sensitivity to gyno.... i mean I will do it .. IF I HAVE TO .. but I will a crap load like 100mg of nolvadex ed and 75 mg of ldex ed if i have to. I have the crap just layin there, i guess I could. But I dont really want to. I dont have a issue with limp wang, I have a endless supply of cialis.

    Dude.... you know nolva does nothing for Fina gyno right?? B6 @ 200mgs a day needs to be taken as well. Up it to 600mg a day if you start having symptoms. But anyways.... include the **** test. No reason not to, do you think all these guys here would tell you to include the test if it wasn't important to do so?

    so, lets see, i'm gonna have to do the fina for at least 8 weeks correct?

    how bout this? 75mg ed of fina for 8 weeks, 50mg ed of winny for 5 weeks and test prop for 5 weeks? run nolva and ldex the whole time and into/thru pct with clomid.

    I thought that fina was not aromatising so it wont gyno?
    thats moreso why I wanna run that shat and am test shy cause of gyno .. regardless of the level of anti e's

    can someone make sense of that to me? what the hell is 5alpha refuctase?

    No problem man.... I just think you would get more help in that section. I would be more than willing to help ya out but my knowledge on steroids isn't even close to what the guys in that forum know. I have never used them, I just read & research a lot.
